Who is this program for?
athletes of all levels who want to improve focus, resilience, and overall well-being while managing the pressures of training and competition.
What happens during a session?
Sessions combine guided breathing practices, yoga-based movement, guided relaxations, and group discussions on mental skills.
Do athletes need yoga or meditation experience?
No experience is required. All practices are accessible and can be adapted for different fitness levels and sports.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes and are delivered in a group format to fit easily into team training schedules.
How does this help athletic performance?
Athletes learn practical tools to improve concentration, regulate stress, recover more quickly from mistakes, and maintain consistency during training and competition.
How do you measure impact?
Progress can be evaluated through athlete self-report, coach observation, and optional pre- and post-program assessments
What space or equipment is needed?
A quiet team space with room for movement on mats is ideal. Minimal equipment is required. A sound system is ideal with mic is ideal, if available

Program fees are determined by: design specifications, length of program, frequency of sessions and follow ups, as well as athlete level and in-person location or online delivery.
Professional teams may have more nuanced needs and able to access larger budgets while local amateur teams such as schools may have general needs and smaller budgets.
Our mission is to provide quality training delivered by a professional athlete with outstanding sport experience, supported by a board licensed mental health professional with years of practice.
